Not to be dramatic, but I did a little jump like Mario when he's completed a level when the final pips went off lol I have stepped up from the ultimate beginner workout to this one! YAY! I did still adapt a couple of the exercises to work with my body where it's at. And being able to do 40 seconds on instead of 30 for each set felt amazing!
