I have been doing this for a week and on the first day I was dead and now I barley feel the burn so I think I am doing the exercises wrong

Okay I tried this last year and gave up on day 2 I really want to have a nice body for summer and my birthday so I might as well start now (I’m also going to the gym Aswell to do cycling and rowing machine and I do rowing 3X a week including other sports but I’m overweight still so you may have different results to me!)
Day 1:☑️ I had to take small breaks in between some of them and I some phone could FEEL my stomach changing! (Also I’m not sure how long I’m doing this for)
Day 2:☑️ has to take breaks in Russian twists! The last 3 are the hardest and I had barely any motivation to do today. I start school tomorrow but I’ll do it during lunch in the school gym! Please like and comment to remind me❤️🫶
Day 3:✖️ I did a half hour workout at school which was so difficult, it was like doing this but each one is five minutes instead of 1

Day 1 : it’s easy but was a bit hard at the last
day 1: i definately feel the burn
Day 1: I’m not even kidding when I tell you I’m not sure if my neck was going to work again
Day 2: so glad I got it done, painful but hopefully worth it!
Day 3: Did it twice today, somehow
Day 4: sadly I missed today because my cousins came over
Day 5: hardly made it but I finished!

i enjoyed it very much and love how quick it burnt with little efford and not much of leg movements
It don’t matter what exercise you do just burn more calories then you eat and stay consistent.
