just finished this workout and it was pretty good! usually I like to do more intense body weight workouts or lifting, but I have a tailbone and shoulder injury so I haven't been able to. i'm super glad I could do this and get a sweat in while not bothering my injuries! thank u!

I just found your channel yesterday! I love it! I have a lot of problems with migraines and neck issues that make it hard for me to exercise. A lot of different moves are triggering. I did a HITT workout from another channel a few days ago that was no jumping but I started getting a headache anyway (I think it was the vigorous arm swinging) Your workouts are great! I don't find them triggering any pain points in me and they help me work up a sweat. I love that they are no talking and that everything is so well organized. Thank you!
When i get tired in between sets, I view the comments and get my motivation back immediately.

guys, i have done squats for a month and my quads got bigger but i want lean legs. Should I continue doing squats because every hiit workout contain it. Please give me some advice
