Sodium shouldn't be red; it should have been yellow. I, despite being American, recently had to increase my sodium intake because I wasn't getting enough.

Just be careful not to perpetuate the unsubstantiated claim that fat is bad or dangerous or legitimately linked to cardio vascular diseases. Those claims are made with incomplete and I reviewed study, not studies only 1 study and it didn’t isolate fat or meat protein at the cause of CVD but rather just the group who was eating fast food their diseases were blamed on meat itself rather than fast food diets so seed oils for example.
