I’m going to start doing this everyday watched and did it it was burning but I managed to actually pull through with all them I have two kids people say I don’t look like it but I feel like I cud be doing better if I work out at least before the summer wish me luck 🥰

This is my go- to ab workout video, I've definitely toned up- especially on the sides. I'm a bit chubby on my stomach so it's pretty crazy that I can see small definition lines on the sides and down the middle- super happy. This workout does get easier as you get stronger which is also encouraging.

I'm going to begin your workout today on my stomach because I've been really trying to find the best stomach exercise that's suitable for me and by far I love your video so I'm going to do a 10-day of this my measurement around my waist and stomach is 34 at this time so I am looking forward to seeing results because I know that discipline is the antidote for procrastination and hard work is nothing but disciplining yourself to build resistance so for everybody out there you can build your resistance with consistency. And be easy on yourself where I was 7 years ago I wouldn't have imagined I would have gains and things of that nature so it's only through hard work and discipline that you get the results that are meant for your body. Good clear instructions but I wish the music wasn't as intense.. I know that intense music helps people get motivate but it makes me stressed.
side plank is harder abs workout. it is hard to lift my body
Done this workout heapss and even though I don't have a "skinny" stomach I can see definition lines that weren't there before I did this workout. It gets easier the more my abs grow stronger but I find it a really great workout and encourage anyone else to give it a try too XD

Hi I'm doing this for a few days/weeks (im not here to lose weight so I will NOT be keeping track of my weight)
Day 1: D y i n g this was so intense this is one of the few workouts you can FEEL the burn in!!!! It is rare to find a genuine workout that you sweat AND feel the burn in!!! So far I recommend it!

Its ben a year since the time i found u and started doing this and a year later when i make time i still do this it is amazing it works like magic but u gotta want it bad enoughe to have it
Is there any standing exercising for abs? Because some reason every time I do floor exercise when I get up I'm light headed and weak. It's weird because when I do standing exercising I'm completely fine and can do more rounds. Plus I stay hydrated, idk if I'm doing something wrong with my body. The only floor exercises I can really do is planks, push-ups, and Russian twist, but anything with me laying on my back is a big no for my body lol.
This is so hard to do for me 😰😰😰
