      I agree with the doctors who are for fasting.
      I disagree with the views of our ancestors a million years ago as I do not believe in evolution but in the Biblical account of creation.
      I believe all food is given by God to be eaten with thanksgiving. However because of the soils being depleted of nutrients and all the genetic modification as well as pesticides in and on the food they affect some people more negatively than others. Fasting is good for the mind and body. Even Jesus fasted.

      As someone who has an Auto-immune condition, OMAD is an incredibly helpful tool. Being around other people who eat multiple times a day can be tricky, and triggering, but that comes with the territory.

      Wth is Dr. Khan talking about. Insulin spikes with one meal? Not only is there not a single study that has showed that, there are quite a few that show the opposite; that fasting increases insulin sensetivity. I get that he is a cardiologist and not a nutritionist but he has posing himself as a nutrition expert for a long time. Downright embarassing.

      Been fasting since 2018 no health issues. Actually had a mass dissolve in my neck through fasting still eating meat.

      IF for 1 month doing 20:4 and sometimes 21:3 and did not see results people speak of. Average caloric intake was 1500-1600 on vegan based diet….also worked out 4 days a week for an hour. Not effective for me and zero pounds lost…

      What I see here, is one doctor that is willing to embrace ideas that go away from the mainstream, that he has personally observed to work, when it is obvious the mainstream doctrine has failed us.

      The other doctor is not educated enough to question the things he has been taught, and thus he just regurgitates the same advice given from authority for the past few decades without questioning it.
