Does this guy look like George W. Bush?
I don't understand. The eccentric-phase muscular damage, when it repairs and overcompensates, is what builds muscles size. But bands loses resistance on the eccentric phase. Yes, the concentric is high resistance, but how is a weak-eccentric phase supposed to build muscle? Please clarify for me and your many other confused viewers. Thanks.

Your adding up the bands! I know it’s not funny but you scare me with that anchor, I’m doing this at home and I’m thinking if that anchor fails? I’m in trouble! I doubled the points were it’s fastened, so both can’t break at same time
What bands do you suggest?
Bought two sets of bands. I work out 1 hour a day 5 to 6 days a week. By far the best work out for me aged 58. Lost 16 lbs in 6 weeks. I also go for walks with a 10kg vest. Great positive video as usual. Thank you.
Just a quick what do you find works better for building muscle resistance bands or traditional weights???
I have used bands for about 10 years now. I always seem to get a better biceps triceps pump with lying down band curls / extensions / push downs than with dumbells. And my elbows always feel better. I’m 63. Still use dumbells etc. but for arms I prefer the bands. Keeps the back flat. I also have multiple attachment points on my wall. Curls are really great in the lowest one. My low one is about a foot off the ground. Middle one at waist or just higher. One at chin level. Then one over my head.
I use only cables at home Sir, so thank you very much for your tips.
