2 months ago, I was fat and had single. Now I have great body and a girlfriend. Coincidence? I wouldn't say. Trust me guys, all you need is training and diet plan. You can get both from Agoge Diet
I am just starting out with my weight training routine I have some prior knowledge of proper free weight form etc. so I plan to do this workout 3 times Mon, Wed, Fri. Question, for how many weeks can I do this workout before I need to switch it up?

Anybody knows to prevent knee and elbow pain when workout? Been in pain for a while now.
I'm 53 and have been an athlete all my life (currently bjj for the last decade, but not training due to covid) I just finished this workout and barely made it through. After set #2, I was having a hard time breathing. It's fast, but hard. Just got to pick the right weights for each exercise. Thanks for posting this workout funk!

Funk- I just wanted to say thank you for putting these vids together. They are helping me to get back to the weight I want to be at. I’m 47 and losing weight used to be SO easy. Not anymore. Lol.
