This is literally harder than my workout
To be honest , 90% of people don't care about that posture because they are also having the same posture , just imagine someone with that straight posture (it's kinda weird) rarely seen now a days , also we can't do our routine works comfortably with that straight posture , so get the fuuk out of your straight,flat ass from here 😂
Edit : i forgot to mention that do you know how is your spinal cord shape(different angles) looks like , then please google it properly .😂

только почему та ни кто не говорит о возрасте, после лет 30 это будет весьма не просто, всё будет ацки болеть, вы будете не реально плохо себя чувствовать и не факт что это на вас хорошо отразится. так же ни кто не говорит при каких болезнях спины, шеи поясницы этго нельзя делать. PS: то есть 12 часов в день ты в кривой форме, а занимаясь десять минут в день ты это исправишь, какой бред. что бы релаьно исправить сутулость, нужно как минимум каждые два часа делать ряд упражнений минут по 10-15 и остольное время джержать себя ровно. а то что ты раз в день уделишь этому десять минут, а остольной день будешь прибывать в скрюченом состояние не горечо не холодно.
