Yours are the easiest videos to follow along to, and your explanations are so helpful! I also love how inclusive you are of all levels and abilities. Thank you for sharing with us!!
Awesome 👍
Thank you for your videos. I really appreciate the inclusion of modifications, and that you say to take breaks when needed without making it feel shameful.
Loved this introduction back into pilates after my tummy tuck and abdominal stapling. Thanks Jessica 💙
I am 65 years old and really struggled with most of these exercises. I will persevere but I thought this was for “beginners “?
Love your videos! I just started back into Pilates after 20 years…I recently lost almost 75 lbs and now I want to tone my body…I do this workout every night now! Your videos are very easy to follow! Thank you!
I love that you talk us through each movement. It really does force you to concentrate on your breathing and makes each exercise more powerful.
Great routine!!
My very first session for Pilates. I've suffered with spinal problems for ages, had spinal surgery 6 years ago and it's started aching again, read Pilates was good. My god the stretches felt amazing! I'll be doing this daily as part of my morning routine I think! Thank you x
I enjoyed this! Day 2 of trying to get back on track with exercising. Also incorporating your hamstring stretch video. Thank you Jessica!
Thank you…started a dew days ago and feeling sore but better in a good way lol
I began rotating this video and two intermediate videos to do Pilates three out of four days. I've just added a third intermediate from your floor series and will now use a random number generator to come up with Pilates floor exercises to do three out of four days.
My church began doing Pilates instructions for 45 minutes on Tuesday nights. This is a pretty robust and challenging set of exercises. Because I've been faithful to your program I do very well in these additional Tuesday night sessions. I'm 59 years old and ride a bicycle about 3,000 miles a year and find that this Pilates is great for my core and keeping me able to Pedal. Keep up the good work.
“If that doesn’t feel like a good place to be” — just discovered this channel and I love your energy with modifications!! These sessions fly by, thank you!
Thank you 🙏😇✝️
This is great!
Fabulous!!💪
Love your Pilates Jessica….Thank u so muxh
This was wonderful! ❤
I've been folowing your channel for the last two years and exercising with you and I like it more and more. You're a wonderful therapist, but also an inspiring presence! Thank you!
Thanks! I use to do Pilates, but I’m so stiff now— glad
I found you! Hopefully I’ll find my flexibility and strength again
Question for you.
On leg circles no matter how small I do them my right hip pops every single time I move my leg. It almost hurts. Should I just not do them or is it something that will go away with time?
(I also cannot ever straighten my legs completely, or raise them high at all. If that is helpful information. )
Just starting doing pilates and getting stronger. Hope to get to the level 3
Thank you Jessica
I enjoy all your explanations. Thank you.
Thank you for these wonderful beginner classes & taking the time to explain the proper way to do each exercise! I look forward to getting stronger & taking on some of your more challenging classes!
Jesus those side circles are the hardest thing ever! But that feels really good as a beginner!
Due to nerve damage I can't support my weight on my right wrist, what is the variation for the plank/spine balances? I can hold it for a few seconds but I'm not going to push it and lose mobility again…
Beginner here. Found Jessica Valante on a search for yoga alternative and so glad I did! Great combination of knowledge here for those of us who have had fusions in the past.Thank you for these videos!
i can not do it
I love your videos. I am new to Pilates but hoping to develop into it. I had a total hip replacement a year ago August and my recovery has been pretty good but some are exercises very challenging. When I do leg circles my hip joint goes click click click, and also I am unable to sit back on both sit bones. I am 73, and in pretty good physical shape (ie: not overweight).
Do you think there’s hope for me?
Thanks Jessica.
Thank you. Can't wait to get lever 2
.Hopefully soon.
O.m.g this was my first time doing pilates. This Is hard but I can feel the differnce in my body. Love that you explane do good.
Very helpful lesson in manipulating gently your body
Hi Jessica, is it ok to do the plank position on your elbows (forearms on the mat and hands locked together) if you have weak wrists?
Love your series, I'm working my way through beginners at the moment ❤️
This was actually very helpful. I loved the fact that you kept talking because you explained everything perfectly. I'm looking forward for more videos like these
Thanks I am just getting back into it I am in my 50’s so it felt good 😊👍💕💕💕💕💕
I'm totally new to pilates and find your thorough explanation of how to breathe, when to inhale/exhale, and how to perform the movements so refreshing. I didn't feel rushed or lost at any point during this workout.
What a wonderful workout!
These Pilates are very relaxing!
Thank you much. I did Pilates years ago but had injuries and. Surgeries and haven’t been too active since. I’m recovered now but have.a degenerative back issue. Your beginning Pilates is just what I needed! Thanks so much!
