I am 12 months postpartum c section I feel pain when doing exercise I went to doctor she said use some medicine abdominal belt stretching exercise.
Good Day, I am c-section but in Vertical cut due to transverse lie position of the baby. And I am already 2 months and 2 weeks since I gave birth. I still have a lot of fats inside my belly that looks im still pregnant. What exercise do you recommend to me? Thanks and Godbless

I had a c-section 8 weeks ago and while I have been walking and have been doing some stretching on my own, I really am excited that there are videos like this that are directed toward c-section moms! I had no idea that my core would be completely gone like it is and I need exercises like this and like some of your other videos to build myself back up slowly and safely!
