I just started weight training and I’m starving after working out! I workout late at 8 or 9 pm and I’m in bed by 11. So I’m not sure what I’d s good idea to eat after the workouts. I love your video. It’s so informative and helpful and I will share with all my workout friends

I wonder if I am calculating the post-workout meal correctly. So let's say my target body weight is 125 lbs. So then the amount of protein I should consume would be 125 lbs X 0.25 grams = 31.25 grams of protein. Is this correct?

some trainer say :its nt gd to eat immediately after workout because this simulate insuline hormon ,which will effect the growth hormon level after workout …what do u think

After working out I love to take a nice shower to cool my body then make dinner since i usually eat breakfast at 730am, lunch 11-12pm and workout around 4pm to about 5:30 or 6pm depends . I guess i will eat before i take a shower
