My 8 weeks is it okay to do these?
I really like your videos, I like the music, that you show the next move beforehand, the chime to switch. I do think some of the moves, especially where you cross your legs or such quick motions, are unrealistic for me to do. I'm 3rd trimester and easily lose my balance. I wish I could do more of your videos but they're just too much and I get frustrated when I can't do the moves, as well as my heart rate gets very high (while OB recommends I stick to 140HR or lower). I do know this is a HITT workout; Ive encountered these same issues in your other videos as well. I could definitely have done this before pregnancy and more, as I'm pretty fit.

My nurse and doctor tell me to avoid any twisting motions whatsoever, but I have seen some twisting motions in a few of your exercises. Could you elaborate on where to draw the line for safety? Thanks for the workout, it was good fun!

I love this ladies videos, they’re so honest, not too much talking and she just gets on with it.. however, I’m 33 weeks and I find this very is definitely not for third trimester, there’s too much squishing of the bump for my liking and side planks with lifting of the hips is very hard to do with a massive bump.. i will still do her other vids 🙂

Thanks for the workout, was just the right level for me. Would possibly benefit from a bit more instruction on when to start and finish, going over the moves prior to starting the 45 seconds and more vocal cues for how long left etc.
