I really liked this workout! It felt really good afterward and totally got my heart rate up. I even held some lighter weights throughout the workout to make it a bit more challenging. My only complaint is it's harder to follow the exercise if she's not telling us what to do as we go. There were a few times where I looked up to make sure I was doing it right and realized there were other steps to the workout that were explained in the top right corner. It's hard to read while I'm exercising so I'd much rather have her tell me what to do as I go. Besides that, I loved it! I pretty much exclusively watch her videos during my pregnancy. She's got such a great variety.

Make more walking workouts! This is helpful for when you’re on the go and have no equipment! Would suggest to have modifications for more challenging and easier versions of each exercise tho! Maybe on the upper right like for your other videos.

LOVE this walking style HIIT. I'm 32 weeks, with severe carpal tunnel and while I've enjoyed your other HIIT videos, I can no longer tolerate ANY pressure on my wrists. These types of workouts are such a great alternative. Thank you so much!

33 weeks and 4 days pregnant and stuck at home because it is a hundred degrees outside (actually)–was feeling exhausted and tired and thought that some cardio would give me a boost and this was the perfect video. Loved being challenged and love how my body feels afterwards. Thank you!
