Many pple worry that going plant strong or plant based will not supply enough protein to the body or your body will be weak cos not enough nutrients from meat.
But would like to say many professional athletes are on plant based diets and my husband also trains and did his first full ironman following a plant strong diet. So really, you don’t need so much meat. Our body needs more plants.
Great mantra, especially from a doc!
