      തുടക്കം തന്നെ മൊത്തം വിവരക്കേട് ആണല്ലോ ബ്രോ.. പുഷ്അപ്സ് കൊണ്ട് ശരീരത്തിന്റെ ശക്തി മനസിലാക്കാൻ പറ്റില്ല.. ശരീരത്തിൽ ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതൽ ശക്തിയുള്ളത് കാലുകൾക്കാണ്.. മാത്രമല്ല ഒരു സേനയിലേക്കും പുഷ്അപ്സ് ഒരു ഘടകമായി പരിഗണിക്കുന്നേയില്ല.. അത് ഇന്ത്യൻ ആർമിയാണെങ്കിലും കേരള പോലീസ് ആണെങ്കിലും അവരുടെ physical ടെസ്റ്റുകളിൽ പുഷ്അപ്സ് ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നില്ല.. ആർമിയിൽ കാലുകൾക്ക് 2ടെസ്റ്റും കൈകൾക്ക് ഒരു ടെസ്റ്റും (പിഞ്ച് up ) ആണ് ഉള്ളത്.. പോലീസ് ടെസ്റ്റിലും കൈക്കും കാലിനും 4ടെസ്റ്റുകൾ വീതമാണ് ഉള്ളത്. അതിലും പുഷ്അപ്സ് ഇല്ല.. പുഷ്അപ്സ് എടുക്കാൻ പറ്റിയാൽ കൈകൾക്ക് പോലും ശക്തി ഉണ്ടെന്ന് പറയാൻ പറ്റില്ല.. നന്നായി പുഷ്അപ്സ് മാത്രം എടുത്ത് പരിശീലിച്ചു എന്നത് കൊണ്ട് റോപ്പ് climbing, pinchup ഒന്നും ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റില്ല..
