Day 1: this was so fun! I was actually feeling tired today and not in the mood to work out but I still pushed myself and I’m so glad I did it. I did had to take a small break at one point
Day 2: it’s burning today! Finished it with one small break but I’m so proud of myself
Day 3: today didn’t go well , I didn’t have any balance and kept falling, at exercise 6 I was struggling to get up again and felt like sleeping on my mat. At least I did my best, I will try tmr again

I was able to do it twice on my first day! It was a lil hard and I did break a lil sweat. I am doing this for 14 days for sure to see if anything changes or improves on my lower belly. Thank you for this!

Day 2 – It still burned really bad but I’m noticing small results 🎉
Day 3 – Am noticing results. I noticed that my waist is slightly smaller too ⏳
Day 4 – The workout still burned, but it was easier ✅

It`s been 5 days and IT IS WORKING! It may seem hard, but i really like doing this exercices, you will feel happy in the end )

I always found the day 1 complete all the way to like a week or two things, very helpful to see if the workout actually does work. Keep in mind you do have to be consistent and have balenced meals from each food category. But either way Lilly is the way to go when looking for workouts so,

My stomach was burning as in an effective burn, the best way for these exceesises to work is to keep holding the position. Also for me it works if i keep my stomach flat and not mounded up how it can be when holding those types of positions. But thats just me.

I gotta say these very moves may be simple but are SO incredibly effective!!! We've definitely started doing variations recently with you on the app and levelled up, but coming back to these specific moves and routine is absolutely 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. Also forever hungry after an abs workout 🤣 LEAN Protein Bar to the rescue!
