Can an overweight person lose weight doing this or is it just for skinny people to tone? I'm 40 and 200 lbs… I have no abs to "squeeze or hold in". I can't feel anything In my abdomen. When I work out, having zero muscles, it just feels like I'm working my bones and joints. I don't want that but not sure what else to do. Thanks!

i have a question. i’m 14 almost 15 and i’m really insecure about my body. the only thing i seem to have working for me right now is that i have a larger chest than your average 14 year old, but i’m scared i only have that because i’m fat. i know your chest is one of the first things you lose when you begin to lose weight, so i want to ask how do you prevent that? thank you for taking time to read my comment. 🙂

Please can you do a twenty minute toning whole body workout using mainly bodyweight exercises?
It's really good to work out when pregnant, especially when you've been working out before becoming pregnant. It's good for you and your baby. As long as mother's avoid contact sport and exercise at same pace they were before, maybe a pace down or two if your breathless, then it's perfectly fine.
