What is the book she mentioned?
I always found the easiest stuff to do first then that way the longer and harder work you have to have more time to do it that wait your not rushing it
I stopped squatting for the exact same reason! QUADS!!! I never squat anymore and only do hamstring/glute isolation weight lifting. If there are exercises that target quads, I’ll do light weight on them. I had the same “problem” it seemed like 😢 because everyone glamorizes squats so much!
not me being jealous of how amazing your body looks
I think its the weather because I've had migraines & I've been so tired lately as well.
CAN WE GET A TUTORIAL ON YOUR CLIP HAIR?!
hey ash, this is super off topic, but if you could say a prayer for me this week, im going through a fertility procedure in hopes to get pregnant by the beginning of 2022. its been a scary journey and peace would be nice. love your channel.
Your vlogs are always so satisfying!! /
i would like to date you
Those are my absolute favorite salad kits
❤️❤️❤️
I miss ur vids. 🥺🥰
The feeling of withdrawal you're feeling from working out is normal. I felt it too. What helped is that I took a break from doing any form of exercise for over a week then when I said I wanted to workout again, I did.. And instead of feeling withdrawal I felt excited like I needed to get back strong.. So basically the withdrawal feeling has gone.. You should try it.. I know it's gonna be hard at first because I found it hard since I'm a athleticaholic😂 but hey we gotta try something like that for a first time.. It'll help you trust me.. As for the thigh topic, I too don't hate the way my legs look but I don't like it to be bulky and all, so maybe we go slow on the squats and lunges?
This was strange
I feel you! I have a similar body type as you and alisha, so the good thing about gaining muscle easily and having an athletic body type is that your body will change and adapt quickly to whatever sport youre doing currently. Swimming or running more might help with that, I think you look so healthy and fit tho! notheless I appreciate you being so honest about your body and how you feel !!
I think your legs look sporty and overall nice. Just remember to eat enough calories when doing lots of sports.
Hole in leggings solution: get a black pen of any kind and colour it in 👀
what size did you get in the urban pants from your last video?
running (not speed work) definitely de-tones the legs. from going from a sprinter in high school in the spring to a cross country distance runner i know this topic very well. i will have very big muscles in my legs in the spring and it diminishes when i get into my training for cross country (which is just running high miles every day)
I thought the talk about your body was a little contradictory. "I think strong is beautiful" and then your relatively small legs are too big.
Fellow capricorn here🤗 And the managing time thing resonates soo much🥲😅
Santa *Barbara 😉
❤❤❤
As someone who is also adopted, it’s so cool to hear about Circle DNA from you 💕
i love saving her videos to watch on weekends because they make me feel so calm and inspired after a long work week
I also build muscle very quickly! I personally don’t like a bulky look so I incorporate at least 4-5 days of cardio a week to stay lean. I understand completely about slowing down with heavy weights!
I’d love to try but it’s over $300 dollars on a huge discount 🥺
My husband literally wants to look like a bodybuilder but I do not! 😂 so I totally get it! By eating less protein you shouldn’t be as toned because protein is what your body needs to build muscle!
You look so good tho! Happy you’re loving / living a good life after the COVID seasons!
Ashley, you spin a lot, right? You might want to cut down on spinning because you’re really building that muscle by spinning so much. Try running, stretching (yoga/Pilates) and even bar workouts to slim down the quads.
Ash, as much as I love you, I feel like the DNA test is much of a bogus, especially as I've graduated both BA and MA in Public Health. You can't really tell gluten intolerance, cancer risk, sensitivity to caffeine etc. based on a saliva test and other dieting tips. I'm sorry, but that's the truth and it might lead to restrictive eating and mistrust in actual physicians, especially without scientific proof. People should get properly tested for things in an MD's office, not from such a test. I get that this was a sponsorship but promoting things that don't have scientific proof is unacceptable to me. I will probably unsubscribe.
An unusually beautiful girl! Firestarter!
Also do not drink those crazy fitness drinks!
Then just do not do those strengty workouts, lifts and weights etc. Do not work on legs or do more normal cardios! Do dancing etc. So easy to control haha
I think you have a skewed perception of muscle building/what needs to be done now to mitigate the issues you’re having with the way that the muscle looks on your body. I think you should meet with a fitness professional to better understand. Going back wards in means of “lightening up” on the weights can have a negative effect physically and even mentally. Esp. Right now with working out being a saving grace for you.
This is something I see very common in my clients who have the same body type and concerns as yourself.
Sending love!
ahhh my legs are kind of similar too!! however i stretch in the evening every day as well and i don't know whether it works, but i have noticed my legs are less "bulky" or "muscly"
don't worry Ashley we know how you feel!!
I haven’t been to Santa Barbara in ages!! Just as beautiful as I remember
Omgg I the 1000th like 😂
