His lower chest is just hanging I think he should train upper chest more
This guy lives in another world xd 7 reps of L front lever pull to get pull over… That's my max on this exercise and i can do 12 muscle ups on rings, full front lever and learned pull over like 5 years ago. But that's minimum for one of the most basic exercises
I remember doing one arm pull ups to one finger planches good times
imagine how creepy it would be if a shirtless guy was actually at a park full of children
Really useful. when you're at the top, you can do negative muscleups. Amazing for practising for muscleups
I know that bar hot asf
Fr I used to be able to do some crazy shit with a pull up bar as a kid but for some weird reason I can barely do any of those things anymore and I still train calisthenics
My school to broke to afford that π

W best friend, actually taking him to mosques β€
I was FAT kid. Couldn't do dat.

Bro I know i'm strong enough to do one but it absolutely destroys my nuts and I plan on having children soo no

Only thing I remember doing is pulling myself to the top of the monkey bars by latching my feet onto the next bar and squeezing my way through the gap between the bars.
No because we were children not bodybuilders
Fap-alicious

This is Dopeness! VERY good tutorial! βπΎ
Looking a lot more natty now

Gotta love the Recess theme song in the background
Hell noπ
I cant do that
I remember I was 12-13 when I learned to do these. After doing hanging leg raises for a week I finally managed to do some pullovers
The bar pullover is one of the most practical skills to learn. If you are too spent to do a muscle up but need to get up over a bar, the pullover is it. One time, I was able to climb a tree that nobody else could because I did a pullover on a branch.
I was there that day!π dope to see him do his thing
Lowkey wish I spent more time on the monkey bars as a kid considering how much I love calisthenics now
Where tf you went too school?
L Rows look so cool but are so easy to do, awesome
Crazy all the shit you can do as a kid with no training, no exercise regimen.
Just running around like a 3ft psycho for 30mins- 1hr a day.
bro just brought back hella flashbacks ahaha
As a average sized kid in Elementary,I can confirm, I do not remember doing that π
