      01:14 Exercise starts
      A beginner friendly saddlebag and outer thigh workout, which is very effective and you can do lying down. Also, this workout will improve hip dips. Saddlebag is caused from the accumulation of fats AND inward rotation of the hip joints (hip anteversion). Thus, only doing fat burn exercises is not enough to slim the outer thigh, hip anteversion must also be corrected. Today's workout will hence be focusing on these two areas to help us completely change the struggle of having bulky outer thighs.       restart it and do 2 weeks straight

      Thank you so much our queen April 💋👑 At first I thought that it didn't work but then I started getting a lot of comments about how much I loose fat on this specific area!!! I'm very happy about this accomplishment and I hope I can do more!

      And for everyone who's watching this I'm not goin with the cliché thing "love yourself, you're perfect" etc, I'm going with the if you desire something so much than do anything that you can to accomplish it (unless its unhealthy) 💋💗

      Hello I’ll be doing this along w the thigh gup one I’ll also eat healthy and hover board and sometimes jump rope

      Day 1: crap my legs really hurt in the beginning and towards the end my side thigh hurts fells good tho!😭

      Day 2: good lord my upper thighs feel a sting
