A beginner friendly saddlebag and outer thigh workout, which is very effective and you can do lying down. Also, this workout will improve hip dips. Saddlebag is caused from the accumulation of fats AND inward rotation of the hip joints (hip anteversion). Thus, only doing fat burn exercises is not enough to slim the outer thigh, hip anteversion must also be corrected. Today's workout will hence be focusing on these two areas to help us completely change the struggle of having bulky outer thighs.
