Thanks Jay, i loved the motivation, i am hoping this helps me keeping my muscles, since dont know how true it is, but i hear hitt makes you loose your gains if you do it to much!.. so i will try this see if i can preserve my gains doing this 10 and maybe other 20 mins of easy going hitt/ abs!!😉
I am struggling to pass my PAT with 19:57 mins against a passing 17:30 mins. I need to lose some weight to help move faster in coming second attempt. This running in place is a great motivation. Thank you.
Hello, I want to ask a question if it is no problem, I am basically 175 cm and have 68 kg, I see people that are my height and have 80 kg look fit, they go to the gym, I a little bit of man boobs and a little bit of fat in my lower belly, and I want to burn it, I dont want to go to the gym because I am shy, and when I run outside people look at me, so I decided to run in place inside my house, I can run in the same spot for about 25 minutes, and I can do it every day, will it help me to burn that fat that bothers me very much? When I run about 25 minutes in the same spot inside my home, the sweat is literally dripping, my clothes also get wet, I tried to run outside but I barely lasted 10 minutes, I had no breath, and I was really tired, but running in the same place inside for about 25 minutes is enjoyment for me, and I can do it without any problems, so is it better for me to keep running inside and can I burn that fat that way?
