      Muy buen ejercicio pero Ojala hubiera sido una toma fija de frente para ver a la instructora, porque hay mucho zoom a la cara de las muchachas y eso no ayuda a seguir la rutina.

      Genialll, hice a mi ritmo y sudé full, un tip: Para hidratarse los drs funcionales recomienda agregar un poquito de sal al agua y así mantenemos los electrolitos a tono 🙂

      El que graba debe mejorar las tomas. En lugar de enfocarse en el rostro de las niñas y su entrepierna debe mostrar bien como se está haciendo el ejercicio porque todo el mundo no se los sabe. Y a uno no le interesa sino ver cómo se ejecuta bien el ejercicio.
