LOVE LOVE LOVE THE WORK OUTS I DIDN'T THINK I make it thru but I pushed thru 2 videos going to a 3rd 1 for the day but definitely gonna keep this up for a good month to see how my body feels I can't well I WON'T GO ON A DIET but I have cut down to maybe a 3rd of what I use to eat and gonna hit it hard well at least 3 Videos a day along with wanting a Table ass lmfao need work outs for that lol
Dude i sit in a chair all day, after my second kid i gained more weight than when i was pregnant,but a medication i started taken was the main reason why, but i smoke and its hard to get up and do stuff so this seems actually doable!!! And not so hard on my back!! Which is my main problem! And to be honest i love ur energy!!! 💕💕 Thank u, i immediately subbed

I am a 64 year old long time runner. The pandemic left me on a treadmill for my morning workouts. My hip flexors have suffered considerably, so I went looking for something that focuses on those muscles. This is perfect! I'm sure that the effort required for simple walking will also be reduced by performing this workout. Thank you for posting 🏅

Have you ever thought about doing a warm-up and a cool down workout videos? I do your 15min chair workout, belly fat chair workout and your balance workout. I would love to do my total daily workout with you instead of switching to other videos.
