What is the best way for a sprint freestyler with a sprint freestyle stroke (more straight arm pull/recovery) to train a more aerobic freestyle? Hybrid? Hip driven? Shoulder driven?
As far as pushing the hips up, would you do the same in butterfly, backstroke, and breaststroke? Thanks.
