Can I use more weight than 5 pounds per hand?
Hi Pahla! I have been doing your workouts for a long time. Recently I felt like I needed "more" as in a harder workout..more intense..heavier weights. And yes I did those workouts and I have felt soo sore when I wake up in the morning. So sore I dont want to work out that day. I never felt like that with your workouts. I have also gained like 3 pounds over the last few weeks. Stress equals increased cortisol which makes you not lose weight just like you always say! So I am back home and just did this workout with you! And it felt soo right …Like your channel is where I need to stay so lesson learned!! Thanks for this workout Pahla! You are the best!!!!

I think all the lifting weights above the shoulders can be very hard for an older woman, I wish modifications were offered. I really appreciate the service that Pahla B is giving women but I wish there was less talking and less laughing and giggling which occurs non stop. I’m sure her style is not for everybody but I just wanted to give some feedback as I find incessant chatter and teenage like giggling and laughing to be rather distracting. B well killer bees.
Pahla. Do you do individual consultations? I love this video but have some injuries and would love to develop a simple strength training program that would strengthen my vulnerable areas. If so, how would I contact you about this?
I went back to this, I am 58 and changed jobs now where I sit all day, I used to clean houses so working out was not an issue. but now I see I definitely need strenght so going back and doing all of the strength videos liked this one

Just found you and so glad I did. Just diagnosed with severe osteoporosis and very deficient in Vitamin D. Advised by my Doctor to exercises such as yours and no I cant ski or ice skate this year or any rugged trail hiking I have always been active so glad this can help me in so many ways. Thank you

Talking too much is exhausting to me
Recently discovered you and did my first Pahla B. workout this morning and I loved it! It went by so quickly I LOVE the fact that you work out barefoot. That was really holding me back from weight training because I got spoiled with Essentrics classes. Now I have some great weight routines to balance out those classes.
Thank you so much for all these fantastic free videos!! I do know enough about fitness training to know that this is going to be far more beneficial than anything I could get from a gym (paid) trainer, most of whom don't really know what they are doing.

It's a fantastic work out for me that I can keep doing it. You are specially good at talking through the work out about the key points of the work out and other things which makes the excercise more engaging.
