      I love that All years resolution, Phil 4:13 is my life verse! Eat GOD Food love that that's why he created it for so that we can eat it! Love the 5 P's Pause, Pray invite God in Amen we did this growing up, honoring God! Portion sizes is upmost important so true! Prepare is the best! I struggle with preparing and planning. Plan I need help with this and I struggle here! I'm a big skipper if I don't have it planned and prepared! Yes I tired of walking around and around the mtns! I"m worth this! I eat left overs alot! Praise the Lord! <3

      We are what we eat. I made some changes. I lost 30 pounds in 6 months and kept most of it off for 2 years. It's not easy, but I do feel better, sleep better, and exercise better when I eat better. Choose whole foods over processed foods. Eat fresh fruit instead of sugary drinks and junk food. Get rid of all of the chips, cookies, ice cream and chocolate in your house. Drink lots of water. Pray, fast. It gets easier, but you have to want it. Nobody can do it for you.
