      Day 3 : ✅ done , I'll forgot update yesterday because to busy after I do this exercise
      Day 4 : ✅ also done 💗

      Today i started i was reading comments while doing it😁
      I thing (after reading comments)it's help yo to loss weight . Lets see what hapend but if you want to loss weight fast then you have to do this things
      1. Stop eating junk food and chocolate,chips.
      2. Drink almost 8 glass of water in a day.
      3. Eat vegetables every day.
      That's it 👋 😊
      Day 1. Did not so hard.
      Day 2. My legs hurt a little bit but it's not that bad i do it perfectly.
      Day 3. It's really good today. I saw a little bit change in my waist. It's look a little bit thinner. I guess it's working and also today my body doesn't hurt. it's really good to do .
      Day 4. Easy not hurt my belly looks a little bit thiner but not that noticeable.
      Day 5.skipped because I wake up late and I have to study.
