I will try to keep up with the challenge and update as much as possible. LL – 58cm and RL -57 cm. I just want to firm up my body after losing 50 lbs in 7 months. I would probably lose more if I ate at a deficit. I am curious about what my results will be.
Day 1 – did it once. Ran 2 miles. Ate 1800 calories. That's maintenance for me.
Day 2 – did the video twice. Ran 2 miles. 1800 calories.

Day 1 ✅It was so hard and I often thought of giving up in the first part but I didn’t
Day 2 ✅very hard but also very satisfying
Day 3 ✅hard but I felt a bit stronger
Day 4 ✅ I did this workout + slim legs and round booty because I felt strong and wanted to feel the burn
Day 5 ✅I’m on the first day of my period but I was still able to do it, it wasn’t more difficult than the other days. I’m very proud because when I’m on my periodo I’m always tired and I can barely breathe well, as well as suffering of back and tummy pain
Day 6 ✅did it! It is becoming easier every day. I also did the slim legs and round booty workout + a couple of madfit song workout. I feel great.
Day 7 ✅ didn’t do it because I had a 2 hours dance class, so I exercised anyway
Day 8 ✅: did it even if it was so difficult, today I wasn't really well
NOTE: I'm not measuring myself because I don't want to be obsessed, sorry. Anyway I'd like to update my progresses, firstly because I'd like to notice a mental glow up in myself, like being more confident, secondly I'd like to improve my resistence and strength and feel more toned. Of course I hope I'll notice a difference but I know it will take a long time. I'd like you to join me in this process so that together we all motivate each other and don't just focus on the weight and inches. I mean, I've not any kind of weight problems, so I don't really need to lose weight, I'd like to feel better with my body mainly mentally and be fit.

Day 1 inner thigh
Super exhausted I struggled when she tip toe squatting had to stop but than carried on to the end hoping to do some stretching after so tomorrow it can be easier
Day2
I definitely tried my best with tip toe squatting I somehow managed to do it better than the first day but was in so much pain I tried to slow it down to be able to carry on, the rest of video was done which I’m happy about I just wish in the next 8 days the pain in squatting tip toe or doing any of her tip toeing exercises eases down.
Day3
Today I wanted to be stronger and do everything better but the tip toe part keep failing me. I’m disappointed that I’m still struggling with it, my aim in this workout is to probably learn how to pulse squat on my tip toe, I guess my muscles are too tight I do some stretches after my workout but maybe I should try and do before maybe I could get more flexibility with the exercises. I’m praying this get smoother by time.
Day4
I have done stretches before the workout and let me tell you I somehow succeeded with all the tiptoe exercises she’s done. Very proud of myself I was still in a lot of pain but definitely less pain than the past few days will see what happens though later. Btw she does some good leg stretches which help with your flexibility and relaxes your muscles if they are too tight.
Day5
Day by day I’m learning more about myself when I’m doing this workout I have noticed that some of my thigh muscles are trapped with the help of stretches I’m able to do the things that I was struggling with at the beginning. Today I found out as well that even though I’m doing some exercises right my legs shake so much, aiming for more flexibility so even if I still had this problem after day 10 I’m gonna still do this workout until I feel that my legs ain’t shaking and doing it smoother.

I wobbled a lot in the tiptoe exercises my body was exhausted my 6month old baby took all my energy today so I didn’t really feel like doing it but I pushed myself to do it all.
Day7
Yay only 3 days left I’m feeling strong today did the whole thing so nicely but still wobbled in the tiptoe part but yeah all good going to carry on and try my best to get to the point were I don’t wobble anymore.
Day8
Very sad today as I sustained an injury nothing to do with the exercise I accidentally stood on something sharp and first toe was sliced a bit and it hurts when I put pressure in it. I tried my best to do all the exercises struggling with tiptoeing part as anytime I tried to put pressure my toe felt like as if it getting ripped out of its place. I hope I get better tomorrow otherwise will have to stick to the modifications. This is so shit as I only have 2 days left 🥹🥹🥹

Smashed it today even tho I’m still struggling with my foot because of my injury but I had done it.

I can see difference in my thighs now and I’m greedy I want my thighs to be more slimmer because of my toe the last 2 day I have did modification but today I have done it all and my toe feels much better. Definitely going to do the 10 days and again and update.
I was trying another workout lesson. And I did it for a month. I saw no difference. I trued this out for only a WEEK and I noticed a difference! I totally recommend. I put on music or some HBO. GOOD LUCK. WORK THROUGH THE PAIN. 👍
