Have been sick for a week and haven't worked out since, I've been feeling a little bit better today and wanted to get back on track, this was perfect thank you !
Great slower paced workout. Also worked for me with ankle brace carefully exercising. Also great for feeling low energy or after injury recovery too.

This is a good recovery workout. I've been sick for a week and wanted a slow re-entry. This was perfect. I'll probably do it and other slow workouts for a few more days as my strength returns.
