Brilliant content
Thank you Luka, it was a great program example for me as Fitness student , appreciated
This is just brilliant. Just wondering how many reps for each exercises in Block 3?
no deloads ?
Incredible content. I do have a question for you. What I am struggling with as a coach is how to effectively and efficiently integrate a new client into an already existing group. How do you make time to teach advanced movements like a KB swing or snatch? How do you address mobility issues, physical limitations, strength imbalances, etc? Let's say you have an existing small group with 4 people of moderate ability and developed skills then you have another person join this time slot. This new person has right knee problems and through your assessment you know it stems from hip or ankle mobility issues. How do you integrate this new individual into a pre-existing group while addressing their limitations and not compromising the level of training delivered to the original 4?
Excellent. Thanks Coach. Will pass along.
