Im gonna be doing this for a while (im not sure how long), combined with her love handles one after 20 minutes of hiit. Im also gonna be trying to eat healthy (1200-1500 cal. per day). I'll try to update my progress

Day 1: I did all the workouts except the last one I stopped in the last 10 seconds bc I could do any more but I feel good about myself and I will continue to do this
Day 2: I managed to do all the workouts but I took a minute break after doing half of the workouts bc I couldn’t go any longer but all the workouts were easier for me today and my stomach and glutes burn
Day 3: Day 1-2 were definitely the hardest bc today was surprisingly easier and I took no breaks

i'm challenging myself to do this workout every day that i'm able to from now until the end of january 2023. i'm also doing her buttlift in 14 days workout alongside this because i really want a slightly more curvy body shape than i have now.

I did this and another tiny waist workout of lilly for only one week and I already see a little difference
So y'all I was naturally born with a skinny tummy but I always thougt it was fat but when i did this my routine was 0:52 2:05 2:45 3:56 5:15 12:28 but I also do jumping jacks,sit ups, and running in place remember I do 30 of these each everytime after I eat a meal and I only drink water ice water but jogging around the block 3 times a day for 3 weeks should work, or taking 1 hour walks a day you should see a major difference or sleeping if you sleep 8-9 hours you can see yourself waking up a bit thinner, or drinking 2 cups of ice water before you eat makes you full faster.
This workout WORKS. I've been doing it for almost 3 weeks now and I can definitely see a difference on my waist and I can't even tell I have hip dips, I'm going to do 1 more week of this workout and I'll tell you guys the final results!!!!!❤️❤️

day 2: i didn’t want to do this AT ALL. i took a lot of breaks and just scrolled on my phone but i did it nonetheless
