I’m only 27 but this video and these exercises feel amazing for me too! Most workouts or videos that I try go too fast or intense for me to be able to listen to my body properly, drink water, and take breaks, but this was perfect. I also really enjoy the energy that both of you bring to the workouts that makes it really fun and encouraging. Thanks so much to both of you!
I just recently found these series of videos and i love them. It’s just my speed and ability level. I like the rest periods in between. Then i don’t feel so out of breath. The exercises are great. Love the light humour. Thank you!

Today was the first time watching your video and I managed to follow and complete the exercises. I was perspiring but felt fine (I’m 70+). I probably try with water bottles for weights when I next do the exercises again . Thank you so much for the video.

I love your 30 minute body strength, i turn on your youtube on tv at 4 am to follow your exercise. My blood sugar ( i am diabetic) is very low and same as my bp, my frozen shoulder is becoming a little bit stronger. Thank you for this
