Awesome video! I'm a bodybuilder and I feel like I need more upper body stretches for neck, shoulders, arms.
Today actually went better 😌 My hips are still tense and so is my pelvis area. However my legs was starting to know where and how I wanted them. 😌 I'll post again next week. No flexibility change this week
Can't do the second movement and the ones after; never learned to squat without having my knees on the verge of popping out of my legs. I'm not overweight at 29yo, but I never truly learned how to sit or crouch in my life. Same for hips and legs mobility. I can still walk and use stairs, but every other functional move is a no-can-do for me.
This is the first time I ever see a BEGINNER'S guide that is actually for total, completely inflexible beginners. I cried. Thank you for showing moves and options for people who aren't flexible yet
IT DID,NT work
Hey everyone I had surgery and I'm back now. I'm starting from scratch but I'll keep you posted every week on how it's going 😊
I’m still looking for the perfect beginner stretch video. I need to know WHERE there stretches are supposed to be felt to make sure I’m doing it properly because. This video would be perfect if only she included that information.
Here because of xQc 😂
I did this stretching routine for about 6-8 months. It was amazing I thin moved on to nicos more advanced video and did that for about another 8 months it was incredible! There are sometimes I feel like Burnt out, I stopped doing the more advanced video it’s been about 8 months. I decided to come back to this just to try to relax and I feel amazing. To avoid burnout do stretching routines every other day. And get some padding for your knees. I have a yoga Matt and work out Matt. Also don’t skip mobility. Stretching w/o mobility will lead to injuries/pain. Light work out help as well.
This is good but maybe in a chair for seniors
Precious legs! 🙂
I really enjoy this video. I do have a question about the stretch with the stool. When you are going directly forward, she says you should feel it in your hamstring. But when you put the stool to the side, where should you feel it? I don't feel it in my hamstrings at all if I keep my hips level. I feel it a little in my low side back. But it would be helpful to know what the goal is there. Thank you.
Nice! It is good to see how beginners would look with their initial flexibility on this positions. There are a lot of "beginners stretching" videos and the person do the positions with their full flexibility and we the inflexible just feel bad not reaching even 30% of the poses.
I love Nico. I love how she explains everything in detail. Thank you. ♡
Don't forget to warmup before doing any stretches so you don't sustain injuries.
You said that I can get in to the split but I can't
Beautiful
Jesus loves you
you are literally the best!!!!
I learned so much thank you but I couldn’t manage the balance
I could do the trick on the posting video
Thank you. Wow

Good
How tall is that stool?
This is very good, and very natural and basic.
This video is amazing So looking forward to have thing in the routine ☺️
Well obv this woman doesn't know what "inflexible" means. I wasn't able to do these, I guess I am more inflexible than the inflexible.
You would have to be flexible already to do this anyways lol i cants bloody keep my legs straight
Loving this routine… I wish we could see more vids of nico too..I mostly find her voice relaxing …(sometimes not so much when I'm screaming in pain and she's calmly like "and breathe" lol) … but lately there's been an ad in this vid around the end I honestly don't mind watching ads but it's in the worst part of the vid I wish it could be moved ..any chance of that happening at all???
I enjoyed this routine-very relaxing. Good choice of music, as well!
Does she have anymore videos?👀
best
Does nico have a social media page? I can only find a few of her videos
What??? Inflexible people can't sit on the floor with their legs straight out in front of them. This is not for the complete beginner!!! This is insulting. This lady needs to get out more, meet real people.
It did not work
I love your video. It has helped a lot! Thank you!
Am I the only one? 4ft 😳on the floor, legs apart in a "V"……."WHAT?"
She says: "Pull your chest closer"…. to the floor? Hahaha!!!! I'm new, I hope to see progress & doing the banana splits soon 😉
I struggle with chronic fatigue and have been doing this as part of a new exercise regimen after about a year of being almost completely inactive. I have been doing these for a week, even on days where I’m too tired for other forms of exercise. Although I don’t notice any progress yet, my mood is definitely better after these and I feel more confident about my body.
