"Rattle Snakes Gooch" 😂
So would i make 3 of these for one day?
I love how real the voiceovers are
theres no way that any of these are at or under 500 cal. this is crazy!!!
The "idfk man, i'm just cooking" vibe over a foodporn soundtrack 👌 – this is the energy level we're here for
I wouldn't keep Tabbouleh for more than 3 days max, also better to make lemon/salt/black pepper separate and add just before serving, keeps the veggies from going soggy
This is one of my favorite High-protein meal preparation videos so far because there's no BS, just straight to the point.
How long do you need to continue with this, at what point do you stop and increase. Are there any snacks we can have also.
Man, please reply. Will it be fresh for 4 days straight? Just curious to know
Bulgur is the goat
I've found the easiest thing that works for me is to bake whole boneless skinless chicken breast and cut up sweet potatoes in the oven at 375F at the same time. Take the chicken out after 30 min, and take the sweet potatoes out after 55 min. I have a stand mixer, so I throw the chicken breasts in there on the paddle attachment with siracha sauce and shred it up. 8oz hot sauce chicken, 5 oz sweet potato, and about 4 oz frozen broccoli in a container. The broccoli thaws some overnight, so when microwave it's still a bit crunchy. Been on that for like 2 years now.
Brilliant!
rattlesnake's gooch. genius.

Love the video, thank you for not only great recipes but also for good jokes 😄 I’m wondering though, you place that bulgur salad together with chicken. How do you warm it later in microwave? Do you have to separate both? Or you just don’t care and warm up cherry tomatoes? I’ve tried to meal prep raw vegetables a few times, but they mostly don’t survive 5 days, chopped tomatoes just don’t taste good after 3-4 day, I’m wondering if you have any secret on how you keep them chopped, fresh and tasty that long.
you know you could have put the meat in the oven with the potatoes. "air fryer' is just an oven…
You are the most energetic man I've ever seen, I was wondering why my energy levels were so low
I always worry about leaving prepped food in fridge for more than 2 days…is this irrational? I'm sensing that it is as mst people prep and keep fr 4 to 5 days
Subscribed within a minute. This guy's hilarious.
I wish I could tolerate meal prep, but the idea of eating the same meal for lunch and then another for dinner for a whole week it is just so unapealing.
I love guys in their 20s who think they have the information the rest of us need to stay thin. WE WERE ALL THIN IN OUR 20s YOU CLOWN , ITS EASY WHEN YOU’ RE 20 SOMETHING TO BE IN SHAPE. Talk to me 25 years from now Bozo about your EASY meal plan.
Hi mate you can find different tipe of Bulguri for tabule that one is more for using instead of rice .But looks awesome
😘
“Stab the fuck out of these sweet potatoes” 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Anyone have the full ingredient and macros to all of this thanks. And what temperature to cook things in.
In Australia we older Aussies may refer to Dry as a dead dingo’s donga (penis)
Are you talking Celsius or Fahrenheit
I subscribed because of how freaking nonchalant you are in the video!
Can you do one where you prepare fish?
These look great. If you don't mind my suggestion; you might like to add a bit of sumac to your tabbouleh. It would take it to another level.
Look yummy 😊
You bake bread and cake.
You roast meat.
