Super digestive issues
I love quinoa.. haven't seen so much gifted food..the chia seeds help Brain 🧠 the skin love quinoa another way of enjoy protein
Didn't like this one, not quate up your standarts dw
something that is totally left out. Here is the vast quantities of land used to raise animal products, and there is no comparison to the amount of water and land used to raise cattle or other sources of protein and essential nutrients. I do like that they compare locally grown alternatives, however, leaving meat out, is just plain irresponsible.
La explotación tre devastación, unos pocas se enriquecen y se van, los pobres agricultores quedan con tierras infértiles y sumergidos en miseria. Que triste, Dios los bendiga y que a nosotros nos dé cordura.
Most foods that aren't highly processed and packed with preservatives are a good idea
The problems that we are facing with agricultural products come primarily from one source. Bayer/Monsanto and their complete contempt of land water wildlife and people.
Bayer/ Monsanto are a chemical warfare company hiding/disguised as a agricultural company.
They bayer/Monsanto have absolutely no business in agriculture.
They permanently poison all fields land ,water insects fish cattle air everything.
Akzheumers, dimentia, neurological and digestive disorders as well as cancer are directly linked to thease products roundup bovine growth hormone.
Their Bayer/ Monsanto s history speaks for itself.
DDT,DIOXIN,AGENT ORANGE,PARAQUAT ,SARIN NERVE GAS and on and on
This is chemical warfare on a global level and thease companies both have to be stopped and face charges for gross misconduct and crimes against humanity and the environment !
bean burrito. best most sustainable food. hands down. forget the fancy crap like avocados too. so many go bad in all the grocery stores it's gross.
dont like this video
Grow your own. Eat seasonally. Job done.
One of my teacher stated that whatever grows in your region, eat it and our Ayurveda also agrees with that. when you are born in a region your body by birth is naturally prone to consume it. Your regional food is what best suits you even if you have deficiencies i’m sure your country has some good sources for it
Dr. Matthais Riedl’s honesty was the best
Funny those who live longest life always have a habit of eating unhealthy food…. In my opinion, eating less is more important than what to eat if the topic is health…..😮😮😮
meat and fruit
All these hype about Superfoods only hike up prices to exorbitant levels! My rationale is I eat everything and moderately simple meals!
Now he can show those so called super foods in his country that it's rubbish foods and not organic
If it called a superfood, stay away from it. Its all marketing to sell you cheap foods and high prices. The real Superfoods are:, Eggs, Fish eggs, Sardines, Liver, Clams/Oysters.
I went vegan my first few months into community college and I really lucked out on my cafeteria. My first year was fantastic. I believe it was so good because there's a culinary degree on campus. The head chef was the best. He would see me and tell me every day what was or was not vegan even though admittedly every day I couldn't afford to buy my whole meal. Pack a lunch and sub with a little bit of soup or salad. I really admired him. He had a suggestion board. What he was really proud of and for good reason was working with very local farmers and cutting down food waste. He had pamphlets on how to cut down food waste and shop locally and seasonally. The next year he left the food was bad. It only go worse with time. I hope he is doing well all his food was nutritious, good for you, and sustainable and he thought about all the students
Only Soviet Union Jesus shall belive this Propaganda … xD … Who is your sponsor ???
you need fatty meat
We now grow quinoa in NZ and it's just so cool. We are now growing bananas and pineapple yum
People just want to eat exotic sounding names
I was once assigned a university roommate who had never heard of broccoli, or avocado.
I think the family died of scurvy. They raised Aberdeen Angus cattle. I wasn't even allowed to put onions into a pot of stew.
Eat local not exotic.
Locally grown needs to be cheaper than imported., Imported needs to be more expensive due to the cost of shipping. It should be profitable, but sustainable, to export. And we need to stop destroying nature like this. It's dumb.
Edit: Gotta mention, my family grows our own vegetables, we have homegrown potatoes lasting us most of the year, and carrots for almost half a year, as well as broccoli and other veggies. And tomatoes and cucumbers from our own greenhouse. And strawberries in the summer.
And lemme say: the mass grown stuff is just a shadow of what the real stuff is. It is soooooooo tasty! Holy s***., carrots are so sweet, potatoes are so soft and nice, strawberries are tangy and sweet and soft and so fresh. And the tomatoes smell so nice, and taste so sweet. Same with the cucumber. Store bought is just a shadow of the real thing.
I feel this is a paid ad for the major fatty-sugary food producers
To grow one avocado it takes roughly 70 liters of water. 12 times as much as a tomato. Still much less than meat. Other crops are better for calorie production. Don't worrie in the future most people won't worry about their weight even in western countries.
Say wha'….? Gotta have a dictionary to eat dinner???
It is a $1/pc here in USA for Avocadoes. It could be a little less for smaller ones. Organic ones are more expensive.
😅Sounds more like depressing food to me. It maybe just me?
Here in Uganda, what you guys are calling “super food” is what we have daily as our normal meals. It’s so unfortunate that people are being brainwashed to embrace western foods such as wheat, by associating consumption of western foods with “development”. You guys should aspire to travel to Uganda at least once in your lifetimes just to taste authentic and truly organic foods.
The v4gan and gluten free diet needs to yake over the world to hurt thy animal is just not a good one to hurt a child or a woman is the same thing
I eat vegan and gluten free and am a size 0,3 no more then a 5 and 5'8 just a beauty i am
I use chia seeds generously and order them on amazon for a very low price about 13.00 for a 2 pound bag. I dont cant calories and am beautiful and just that much of a genius
I dont like how quinoa is more expensive then rice. In groceries stores you have to find it and its very hard to find. I am in the orlando, florida area. In the ghettos you cant find quinoa at all and it isnt fair just like the workers white or spanish have to bust their bottoms just to even sell the idea of healthy food
Yes, it's hype, robots. Just don't deep fry every meal and you'll be good to go. Hitting the gym doesn't hurt anyone either
Superfood, or just food. Sustainability is the most vital criterion for all industries, including the food industry. And eating healthy is a part of that.
Flaxseed can promote estrogen production and that is why chia seeds are the better choice.
Please! If you want to talk about sustainability of foods look at the tons of meat we dont even need to eat tha are super inefficient way to get calories and nutrition. Literally none of the issues mentioned in this doc is specific to "super foods". If markets change and products from periphery contries suddently gain in value, they makes more money… There are many problems in the world, but this seems like an actual good thing coming out of the market.
It's so funny being from the States and hearing my local foods called exotic. Cranberries are pretty boring over here
It's my humble opinion that if we are looking for healthy food it is no need to get it from far away places. Human history tells us that when it was not available and easy to get that, a person could eat all his lifetime just eating from local food. What we need to do is to eat accordinly to own own needs, which changes through a lifetime (babies do not eat the same a elders or a pregnant woman), to our physical activities and requirements, to our health which is not just defined by food, but a variety of factors such as enviroment or viruses, genetics, stress and how we take care of our own bodies. We need physical activity to "mantain" healthy : even if we are very old there are exercises that will help us keeping our bodies working as good it is possible even time has deteriorated many of our cells and functions. It is prooven that food grown in our own enviroments have developed chemicals to fight to the same agressions we are suceptible too… and for example in places where the sunlight is yellow there are native species that will help you with melanine boost, to fight against sun burns. There are more vegetables that have "stored liquids" such as aloe vera, or tuna fruit or dragon fruit or even watermelon to suply needs for other beings. Also, we need to feed our own microorganisms, which are not living just in our guts… we are "the house" of living things all over our bodies, our hands, our skin, everywhere… We need to to learn how to combine ingredients and how heat or other factors will affect them… and stop eating just because it is delicious or quick, but to repair, heal our bodies… There are "healthy" foods that mixed with each others inhibits the absortion and disponibility of those nutrients… As far as I know: cow milk has the property of inhibits the absortion of berries antioxidants ) or to absorb non heminic (vegetable) protein, needs to be a coumpound for example of legums + cereals + vitamic C… if not… IRON wont fix. If we talk about seeds, many of them will go through our digestive system and be spelled without giving us any nutrients (inhibitors-… and it is a safety way for seeds to propagate with "manure" to feed them too! hahaha…) unless grounded just before consuming, or sprouting will be needed to be "nutritive" to us. So it is not just about the food, but what you know, and what you do . So… it is better not to waste extra money in buying things that local can provide us easily, and would be more ecofriendly (cause they do not need to travel consuming fuel, packing, etc.) Try to grow your own, even in a window sill microgreens are easy, and sprouting in a box or inside the oven will provide a lot of nutrition in just some days, without too much supervision, neither pests, or chemicals.
