I am going to do this for the next one month. Reason being there's no any kind of push ups involved. I tried this exercise today and it did not station any part of my arm just caused a post workout pain. A will definitely continue with this exercise.

I added this to my routine, and my upper back feels much stronger. That's always been a weak spot for me, so I'm grateful.
First time doing this. Started with 5 lb weights which was just silly XD Switched to 2.5s and that was a good weight. Will be putting this into my rotation.

I'm 61 and have been lifting small weights for the last month. Just trying not to lose muscle and found this little work out. I will do it for a month and get back on the results I have.
Another great video. I only started using trx a year ago. Watched alot of videos and followed instructions but your technique is by far the best. The slow negatives and squeezing are really good. Have u any pointers on a slightly sore, what u think is a rotator cuff injury? I've never really warned up before but I've started since watching your videos

Hi Kelly I was doing your workouts at first w lighted weights from 2-5 pounds and it was fine. I was also seeing results but then I took a week off and got back on it w 10 pounds and now I feel super bulked in my arms. I’ve mostly been doing strength training. Should I go back to lighter weights cos I hate the bulked up look specially for my arms and shoulders. Do u have any suggestions?
