Great advice and tips, Gaston. The really hard training teaches you how to "keep form" or maintain form even when really tired. As you said, when you're doing it "right", after 30 seconds in these drills you're really tired, and then do 15 seconds more (until 45) to really focus on correct form, even when the body says, "Please stop!"
