How "loaded" should the barbell be for the floor wipers? How high should the box be for the box jumps? How heavy should the dumb/kettle bell be for the single arm clean & presses?

i replaced the last 25 pullups with 25 Frontsquats (135lbs). makes more sense i think
Just so everyone knows:
1)You MUST do 25 pull-ups without stopping or you WILL lose muscle and gain fat.
2)You MUST use your 1RM (one rep max) on all movements with the bar.
How many times per week we can do this excercise? How much weight to be used in deadlifts and hang clean press etc. Thanks

I heard from a nurse who does this 6 days a week. He's ripped. 3-4days a week won't do much short term.
A simple exercise of 50 pushups daily will help you from forming a belly.
Have you seen Ready Set Ripped? (check it out on google) It is a quick way to build muscle fast.
Ha ha, most people can only do between 10-15 pull-ups and I think it's funny they expect you to do 25. I guess you can take a break at 15 and then pound out 10 more.
