      I know this is old but… I like to wear a baggy jacket in the gym and I done the rower the other day m the back got dragged into it… prob best not to wear loose, long baggy jackets

      Great video. Just sat in a rowing machine for the first time ever this AM. Gonna learn it and make it my primary cardio exercise as it is low impact plus it works out your quads really well. Good advice on learning proper technique. I'm gonna take that 80/20 seriously. And what you said about the erg being in the corner out of the way? so true, in every facility. We are all dark horses, btw. Keep up the nice work.

      The wheels of my seat are giving off like black powder. Same with my previous machine. Am I just too heavy? I am 100 kilos, thought should be ok 🀷
