To make this exercise harder and I mean way harder instead of touching your thigh with your elbow try twisting more to not touch your thigh but touch the sides this alone makes it harder

Idk man, I’m pretty weak, I mean stromger than the average female and I do wrestling, flag and football. I could do 200 (even more too) of these when I could do only 5 push ups. I get tired around a point but this is the only exercise where I can literally on on forever.
I just tried it for the first time and your right. I've done a few different abs workouts and I'm very out of shape, but this one, I felt it in my abs more than other one's I've done. I'll definitely start doing those. thanks💪👍
