I love the thought, and I love the concepts… but… If Dr. Anthony didn't like to hear himself talk so much, this would go much more smoothly. This is said, tongue-in-cheek, of course, as I know many physicians and nurses that just like to talk, thinking that it is an efficient way to convey information, but not when you lose your audience's attention. I work in medicine and understand the concept that one must tailor education to the level of their audience or lowest common denominator, as it were, but there might be people who are interested in just getting down to business.

Thank you FFP I'm 61 was always athletic, lifted seriously for years in my 20s 30s not so much since. My question is I've started back lifting with cardio at least 3 times a week, I've got much stronger but my weight (230) hasn't really dropped I've changed my diet, I'm making better choices at least 2 out of 3 meals. I'm bigger arms chest shoulders but no cut or definition. What am I doing wrong?
This is great but how would you determine the right weight of the Dumb/Kettle Bell to use? Is there a general rule of thumb to make sure not getting something to light or too heavy? Thanks.
