Question! How do you know when/if you've worked your butt out "enough"? I can usually feel the workout but I don't know if I'm supposed to be doing so to muscle failure/fatigue. I feel like after a few minutes rest I can go just as hard with my glutes (new to working out as you may be able to tell) so I'm not sure if I'm doing enough with them.
How much time it will take to grow glute..?with these exercises

I love doing squatting, gym workout and yoga I can do 150 squatting. push ups and sit-ups a day results I have six packs and nice attractive butt. My problem is facing negative toxic people their opinion is that only girls should have nice butt. My buddies and babes like my attractive body sometimes I can't control my anger I end up breaking some faces. Medical student Malaysia. You're awesome person Mr Jeremy .๐๐

I like how the back is well considered regarding these exercises in terms of safety.
My glute medius is something I'm still learning how to even activate properly.
That workout burn makes me want to stop and it's hard, but I think that's the point of the challenge and I like that the results are effective.
