Here’s a link to the free downloadable meal plan I mentioned in the video: https://builtwithscience.com/musclemealplan/ . Give the meals a shot and let me know what you think! Hope this helps!
What if you need like 180-200 proteins a day for muscle growth? Im 195cm and weigh 94kilo.
Great content!!!🙂

I have a neighbor whose been body building for 5 years now and he has told me time and time again, that working out us 70% diet and 30% lifting.
it kinda annoys me that most of the studies i've seen cited on this and similar channels have men as test subjects. as most women's testosterone is lower and so it's harder to build muscle, i wonder how would the same dietary/workout changes described in this video affect us? would we gain more fat and less muscle?
(not that i blame the dude; his content is extremely helpful. maybe there simply aren't enough studies with women, or he doesn't think we'd be interested in muscle building and shit.)
I been eating normal but still get a good amount of muslce
Great video for me as someone who just started working out.

Can someone explain to me how we are supposed to bias our protein intake before bed if we are already taking in 20 grams of protein in every meal?

Hello, could I please get an advice from someone on here! I started taking creatine but it was only 2g a day. I haven't really noticed much of a difference if anything very minor. The mainly difference I have notice is that my stomach looks more outward and big 😭. No judgment please am just trying my best after having my child. 😔 should I stop taking the creatine? Lift heavier and try to clean out my diet more? Add cardio 😭 need guidance as I don't have the money to hire a personal trainer
Getting advice from an almost skinny guy
5:10 – 6:35 2 yrs late to the convo, but in the cupcake scenario he mentions not knowing why the diff in the 80/20 vs 50/50. Looking at it from a car guys perspective, think of the human body as a high performance car. Unleaded gas has 87, 89, 93 octane. Now a high performance car can use all three octanes but will run poorly on 87 vs 93 or race gas. I'm theorizing the quality of the fat as fuel source might have something to do with it. He goes on yo show another study about using olive oil to boost test. So it kind of helps make my point. Thoughts anyone?
Science, Fitness, Cars F yeah!
This is what I was looking for, THANK YOU!!!!!!! This video needs more views!!!
Dude thank you I didn't know where to start with a diet
Please, make a video How to gain fat and muscles for low body fat people:)
That was the best video I have ever watched on such a topic❤️
Bro just tell us what to eat not the science behind it
Thanks for the amazing tips!
A lot of major factors are missing through out your program that definitely should be stressed or even talked about. Especially to prepare for bulking once you've accomplished your fat loss goal. Your program allowed me to loose over 40 pounds going from 190 to 148 my goal weight with 8 percent body fat. I was super worried to switch to bulking because I was so worried about gaining the fat back or how long until I would need to shred again. Links to videos like this should be included just so people are aware of them🙋♂️ and little things like that
This hurts my brain 😪😪😪
What should i eat post workout after heavy lifting???
Free meal plan what. Guy!
Can someone clear this up for me please, so he says 20g of protein lasts you a few hours, does this mean if I'm not working out 3 times a day I don't need to take my maximum amount of protein?
This free musclemealplan pdf he offers is bullshit. You go to the website, put in email to receive the pdf of this “free meal plan” and they send you an email saying “Pending” with a long winded email trying to hook you in.
Thnx bro you really helped me
