Finally a face with the voice after all these years. I've always liked the narration as you've delivered in a pace with concise wording that always gets the facts and points across. As a 50yr old male, I appreciate this content. Like button smashed!
I personally like to train in a fasted state. That’s just me though.

You did a voiceover to Alain Gonzales… In the meantime his face and the the Alpha are back. It is interesting what is going on with the channel… Hope everyone's fine. Another good video though.

You do not need a pre workout. if you cant muster energy for the gym without stuffing your face with sugars, you have severe metabolic problems.
awesome
This is great stuff, thanks for posting! These tips are useful and educational. I was wondering if you could answer a question for me. Have you ever used any of these custom meal plan tools? I got one from Next Level Diet to help me add some muscle and I actually like their plans. Was just wondering if you've heard of or tried any of them yourself. Thank you!
Is this mainly for people over 40
Great information …. But please the goofy dude adds nothing ….
I never thought about how crucial the pre and post workout meals were until I saw this video. Plus, I feel like the content of this video had improved, not that it wasn't good before, but just better in this video. Thank you guys so much for the video and please keep them coming! ✋️👊👍🦵💪
I just turned 40 last November 2022 ,so this is going to be fun, gain muscle after 40's yes we can, thanks for sharing the good content 💯👍
I like to train first thing in the morning, so as soon as I get up I usually eat a small breakfast (overnight oats, Greek yogurt, or a protein bar), down some pre-workout and get right to it. I have a home gym so no travel time involved. About half way through, so at about the one and a half to two hour mark, I have a protein shake with about 40g. After the second half of the workout, it's already time for lunch, so it slots in well there. Sometimes I have an additional shake with lunch. Yeah, my workouts tend to be a bit long, lol, but at least I feel i have earned my lunch! I do like to eat more carbs the night before when i'm going for a particularly heavy weight the next day. Just seems to give me better results.
Great video man!
complicated.
Great content! I train in the evening around 5. I'm 200lbs. I'll eat 5oz of chicken or a scoop of protein with 2 cups of rice crispy cereal, 1/2 banana (100g carbs), 5 cashews, with some oat milk around 3:30. I feel light, full and pumped by training time. Half a scoop of Glycoject with EAAs intra workout. Post workout is 6oz chicken with 5oz basmati rice.
I don't like bananas. I know many people who don't like bananas. Yet when it comes to muscle nutrition bananas are always pushed. How about providing some alternates.
