By far the best video instructional video I’ve seen. Slow enough pace where I don’t feel overwhelmed, references, emphasis on “do what is right for you”, and to top it all off the three suggested variations based on what might be slacking. Absolutely phenomenal, we’ll done sir
What he mean by verbal cues and activation cues
Why are doing a incline at about 45 to 50 degrees when it should be about 15 to 30…. also your arms are out to the side when they should be around 45… also while pressing it should be a swing motion not strait… incline should start at nipple level and end about even with the top of the pec… i notice when u came down on incline the dumbell was beside your head instead if your nipple… when i learnt this simple technique my chest grew in 3 months what it took me 2 years doing the other way…
