Thanks for watching guys! Here’s the link to the PDF: https://builtwithscience.com/free-lower-body-workout/ – let me know if you’re having trouble receiving it. Also, I’d really appreciate it if you gave me a follow on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/jayethierfit/ ) where I’ve started posting a lot of the studies I come across but don’t include in my videos – I just reached 10K on there so huge thank you to all of you who have shown your support on my Instagram! Cheers!

Hey, I doubt youll see this but I've been using this lower body regimine for about 7 months and I'm stuck with my squats and deadlifts I want to fill out the recommended sets and reps before a go up in weight so I'm doing 40 reps squats at 250 and 40 reps deadlifts at 260 in total but week after week it seems like its getting harder so using the logic that you shouldn't move up in weight until you've "mastered" the previous I've been stuck doing this for the last 4 months is there something im doing wrong?
Subscribed..love from India

Should I do both Calf variations on both lower body workouts?
Okay maybe this is a stupid question, but does this work for women? I mean of course I would build muscle but would I get a more balanced shape? Thank you for your content I get a lot of well needed information.
I hate Bulgarian squat
I sincerely want to thank you for this, I desperately want to get healthier and more fit but I struggle with staying on routine without a set plan, this really allows me to stick with it, 2 weeks done so far and I feel like a new man, turned from a chore to a hobby, thank you.
What about calves?
Whats the set and reps
Add some abs exercises.
I think we should definetly also include along with these the great ATG split squat, tibialis raise, Nordic Curl, etc.
