      I did this for like 3 days and in 3 days I lost about 2.5kg
      Then I slipped a bit.

      Today im starting again
      I will update how it is going 😮😊😊

      I am gonna start today And I'll be updating here
      My current weight is 71 kgs with height 171 cm
      In pounds I am 156.2 pounds and height is 5 feet 6 inches.

      Day 1:- Breakfast :- 2 boiled eggs and an green apple
      Lunch :- Chicken with salad
      Dinner. :- I had a 2 eggs. Ate some meat too
      I drank :- 4.5 litres of water
      I did exercise of 15 minutes from youtube channel Emi Wong
      I lost 1kg today✅

      Day 2:- Breakfast :- I had a 2 egg omelette with spinach and onions in it
      And I also drank Chia seeds in water
      Lunch :- Chicken with salad
      Dinner. :- A greek yogurt
      I drank :- 9 litres of water
      Walked for 4 kilometers today
      I lost 1kg Today✅

      Day 3:- Breakfast :- I had a 2 egg omelette with spinach and onions in it
      And I also drank Chia seeds in water
      I also had 1 boiled egg
      Lunch :- Squid with salad
      Dinner. :- A sweet potato
      Walked for 4 kilometers today
      I lost 0.2 kg Today✅

      Day 4:- Breakfast :- I had a 2 egg omelette with spinach and onions in it
      And I also drank Chia seeds in water
      Lunch :- Chicken with salad
      Dinner. :- A greek yogurt
      And chicken salad
      I drank :- 4 litres of water
      Walked for 4 kilometers today
      I lost 1kg Today✅

      Day 5:- Breakfast :- I had a 2 egg omelette with spinach and onions in it
      And I also drank Chia seeds in water
      Lunch :- Chicken with salad And mutton pieces
      Dinner. :- A greek yogurt
      And chicken salad
      I drank :- 4 litres of water
      Walked for 4 kilometers today
