      Capsaicin 😊 , I know sounds extreme for breakfast but I just gotta run this by ya .
      Breakfast usually at 12:00 pm.
      Some days like today for breakfast
      I put into a bowl 🥣
      One cup sourkraut , 2 Tbl spoons of Jalapeños one table spoon of mustard one cucumber pickle & the hottest hot sauce in the world,,,

      I may be wrong but ,
      Truly I believe capsaicin activates our
      T – cells because our body perception is like receiving an injury .
      Injury provokes a T-cell response to begin healing the injury that isn't an injury at all .🔥😃👍🔥💚
      Also I get off on the endorphins that turn pain into pleasure…
      Maybe I'm crazy but that is one of my favorite things in life 👁💚🔥 .
      Maybe it's good Maybe not but it helps me enjoy life SO much .

      These diets work but what I found was I did the Atkins low carb I am 6ft and I was 240lb in 3 or 4 months I dropped to 195lb and then I started adding some of those carbs back and it was like my body did not know what to do with them and bang it went right to fat and I gained it all back again also if I can't enjoy what I eat whats the point so what I like is the fasting idea and just cut the amount of food you eat in half, I think if you eat the same foods just less of them you may loose weight slower but I think it may stay off.

      I started out Carnivore, and after two weeks, cut way back on the red meat, added those greens like arugula etc After three weeks, I went from 290 to 265lbs. I'm still fat but I'm getting right. I'm going to OMAD it now and do that 18 hour fast. I can't eat two meal a day 6 hours apart, so starting right now, it's my meal at noon and drinks till 6 and then another day and another nooner! I'm 66 yrs.

      I'd like to note that i love Dr. Berg's videos and i Thank him for informing the public, but from my experience with my patients …with most of my patients that skip breakfast and their first meal happens late in the day they actually end up gaining weight instead and over time their metabolism terribly slows down, however i love the idea of eating dinner not later than 6:00 pm and not snacking after that! This does improve my clients health over all and does help them to loose weight much easier! Of course this is combined with clean diet less to no carbs as Dr. Berg suggests, not too much fats (the right fats) going to bed early, heaving good quality sleep and so on….

      THANK YOU!! I tried this when it first came out and of course did it all wrong. Gained weight and felt horrible. The key thing missing was to eat the veggies. I love that you have helped to make it healthy.

      If I have a 4hr window to break my fast does this mean I can eat my recommended calories in this four hours , or two meals one at the beginning of the 4hrs and one at the end of the 4hrs ???

      I'm not eating meat except fish. And now I don't eat dairy too. It's difficult, I have eaten few cookies tonight.
      When I used to drink alcohol, I didn't eat any sweets. Since I quit it a year ago, I have very strong need for sugar. Ehhhh

      Just recently, at age 47, I started working out and doing cardio for the first time in my life. I work in the trades and am doing physical work most days however, so I didn’t feel the need to work out. A few months ago I started eating a low carb, high protein breakfast, which I rarely did for years prior, thinking I needed the extra fuel for my morning workouts. The little belly and love handles I was trying to get rid of got bigger! Haha! So now I’m eliminating the breakfast, and will continue my morning workouts with cardio to see if there’s any changes. Hopefully!
